Your return will be pending authorization from NavionTruck , you will receive a message in your email to inform you that you can send the package to our facilities.
Once the return is authorized, download the return document in My Returns (PRINT) and put it inside the package, you can also download it from HERE
We do not accept postage due or cash on delivery.
Once the product is received, our technical service will analyze the product to see if it is in perfect condition to be put on sale.
If you do not comply with the return conditions, you will receive a message advising that your return has been denied and the product will be returned postage due.
If the product is able to be put on sale as new, you will receive a message alerting that your return has been accepted and you will be assigned a discount coupon for the total that you paid for the product without including shipping costs, This coupon can be exchanged in our online store for an indefinite period, the exchange does not include shipping costs if the amount of the product to choose is the same value as the total of the coupon.
